Super Undies™ offers a guarantee of workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase as defined by final payment. Defective merchandise can be returned for repair (or replacement at Super Undies™ discretion) directly to the below address.
Defective items are items that have a craftsmanship flaw to include but not limited to the following:
- Broken snaps
- Missing stitching
- Loose threading
- Disconnected parts
Leaking is not an item defect. It can be caused by use of fabric softeners, incorrect wearing, or not enough inserts/padding for absorbency. If you find your item is leaking, you may wish to use one ore more of our step-up inserts, soaker pods, or view one of our videos on proper wear.
Bleeding is not an item defect. It happens extremely rarely and is the result of how the product is handled in the wash, what chemicals are used, what chemicals may be inside the washing machine at the time, or the condition of the Super Undies™ or other products when they are washed. If you would like to be safe from the possibility of bleeding, wash your Super Undies™ a couple times first without othe products just to be sure your temperatures and chemicals are fine.
We allow for returns of any product that has not been worn. It is imperative for the safety of your child and others that products are not resold that have come into contact with diapers, sensitive parts of another hero, or otherwise questionably hygenic situations. If you are within 14 days of your purchase date, you can return unwashed/unworn product for a full refund of the purchase price.
We also allow exchanges of product for sizing issues within 14 days of the original purchase. You can send the incorrectly sized product to the address below, and we will forward you the replacement as soon as it becomes available for shipping.
