What size do I need for my little hero?

What's with the mesh?
- Our R&D department has found that continuous use of fabric softeners in your laundry can cause the inner shell to loose it's porous and absorbent nature. We switched to a mesh inner shell to combat this fabric softener buildup, and make sure our gear remains absorbent throughout it's life cycle. It also confuses the butt-mops and that's always a good thing.
My hero's skin gets easily irritated.
- The purpose of a training pant is to teach the hero that there's a place to go, and in a diaper isn't it. Therefore, all training pants are largely ineffective if they do not allow the hero to feel wet when they slip up. If your heroes skin is irritated by his accidents, our products may not be right for you and alternate methods of potty training would probably benefit your hero more.
Do these come in larger sizes?

My package hasn't arrived!
- Sometimes routing is a problem. Sometimes we're backed up in orders. More commonly it's because butt-mops have gnawed off the tracks on our delivery tanks and rendered them immobile. Whatever the case may be, do not panic. If there is no tracking number in your orders details, it hasn't yet shipped. You can contact us at info@superundies.com to find out why. If there is a tracking number in your order details, your gear is now in the hands of random civilian delivery services and you need to contact them with the tracking information to find out what's going on. In rare cases where the civilian parcel service has been hijacked by butt-mops, call us at 1.800.BABY.DRY and we'll send out the super team to rectify the situation.
I own a shop. Can I add Super Undies™ to my list of products?
-We always welcome new retailers who are able to keep stock on hand. That being said, our turn around times for drop ship orders have required us to limit the amount of outbound equipment to non-retail destinations. If you'd like to stock and carry Super Undies™ you can begin by signing up right here on the site, and then sending an email to info@superundies.com to inform us that you're here. We'll turn your account to Wholesale status within 24 hours of recieving the email - and don't forget to provide your tax ID! Once you're setup as a wholesaler, we'll send you the retailer agreement and look forward to having you distribute our equipment to heroes of all nations.
Can the Super Undies™ equipment be returned after it was worn?
- We're glad you asked! There are many restrictions regarding the resale of products used the way Super Undies™ are used. This limits what we're capable of taking back on a return, and not suprisingly the government doesn't like circulating items that have been peed in. Defective product or missized product however can be exchanged as per our exchange policy.
What is the difference between a pocket trainer and a pull-on?
-The difference is two fold. While pocket trainers allow for the snap-on snap-off application, they also have "pockets" to hold inserts for extra absorbency. Pull-ons do not hold inserts, however the pull-on style allows the little hero to feel more in control, and give it a more natural transition to Super Undies™ Nighttime Undies, or regular underwear. If your hero is pretty well done with training, you'll want to use pull-ons for those accident prone times. If he's a high-capacity hero, you may wish to consider the pocket trainers for added absorbency through step-up inserts.
