How do I return an item?
At Super Undies, we always want you to be happy and completely satisfied with your order.
To help make sure you’ve made the right selection, our team works to make sure our descriptions are thorough and our images reflective of our designs and quality. We also provide a full list of commonly asked questions to all of our products, as well as measuring instructions. Please know, if you are ever unsure of something, please email us at [email protected] before you purchase.
On the rare occasion that a Return request is submitted, it must be initiated within 30 days of receipt of your product. Please know that due to the nature of this product, we do not allow general returns or refunds. We hope you can understand this. It has happened on more than one occasion that our sweet warehouse employees have unsuspectingly opened packages that contained used, and sometimes unwashed or worn items. Ask us how we knew! It’s not a pleasant experience.
Please do not attempt to return anything to us without authorization. We do not open packages that we did not authorize to be returned.
With a million different kids in the world, there is a chance that your child can urinate more liquid than the diaper can hold, and this is not considered a claim for defect. This is simply a matter of flooding the absorbency. If you suspect your child to be a heavy wetter, please consider spending the extra few dollars and invest in our triple waterproofed Hero Undies. Although they are slightly more expensive, they were designed to hold even when the absorbency has been fully flooded. They can also take more absorbent pads, as necessary.
To start a return for warranty consideration, please contact [email protected]. If a return is authorized, you will be given an RMA number to write on the outside of your package and instructions on how to package and mail it back.
In the event your order received free shipping and we are granting a credit, any shipping costs Super Undies paid on your behalf will be deducted from the credit.
